If your buffalo is at-large, you are not safe. You never know
when, from which direction or how it will attack. You can’t
run away or climb trees. You must face the buffalo and deal
with it.
When villagers in Africa saw or learned of a roaming buffalo
(or buffaloes), they stopped whatever they were doing to make
sure that the buffalo was dealt with. The villagers knew how
stressful life would be if they let the buffalo remain
at-large. They also knew their tomorrow’s
wellbeing—individuals’ security and community stability
entirely depended how they dealt with life threatening water
buffaloes.
Which buffalo (challenge) is impeding your mission? What is

training? Why doesn’t that other division learn to communicate
and do their work right? Why can’t somebody take the lead and
show me what to do?”

wisdom has it that:
